Kenneth Fishman, B.A., LL.B.

Called to the bar in 2009

Ken obtained his B.A. from York University and his law degree from the University of Ottawa. He was called to the Ontario bar in 2009, and is a member of the Ontario Bar Association. Ken practices family law exclusively. His extensive experience in all aspects of family law includes negotiating and drafting domestic contracts and representing clients before the courts.

Ken frequently appears before the Ontario Court of Justice and the Superior Court of Justice. He assists clients with all issues relating to support, property division, custody, and access. Prior to joining Basman Smith in 2012, Ken practiced for several years at a well-respected firm that specialized in family law.
