Bob was born and raised in Toronto graduating from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1977.

Bob practices in all areas of real estate, leasing, business, employment and estate work.

He acts for buyers, sellers, borrowers and mortgage lenders in residential and commercial real estate transactions and has extensive experience acting for tenants and landlords in commercial leasing arrangements.

Bob advises corporations, partnerships and small businesses in all areas affecting their business. He also advises employers and employees regarding employment contracts and employment termination.

Bob also advises clients in connection with estate planning, family business and succession planning. He is an executor and trustee for many clients.

Bob has four children and when not working enjoys playing golf, running and reading the New York Times.
